Anyone can try the free DEMO version of the FitFive Online Programs. The full content is only available for members who activate their DEMO account with a FitFive license code.
Only one program can be activated with one license code. There are many personal functions in the FitFive program so it is not a good idea to share your login details with others. These functions are the following: your own personalized profile, your own health and fitness test, your favorite articles, your favorite exercises, your comments, your learning progress diary, etc.
You can use the program on any computer that has active Internet connection. You cannot connect to the program without Internet.
The program has state-of-the-art copy-protection so it is not possible to select, copy or download the texts and the images. You can only print your favorite articles and the training plans.
